BRiX is a new one-of-a-kind rental apartment building in downtown Montreal with a unique club-like community focus, a great team and working environment.

With nearly 300 apartments and a very strong focus on customer satisfaction, the Front Desk position takes an important part in the operations of the building.

As part of a great team you must have a positive, energetic, can-do attitude. You will be expected to be a problem solver, with a “big picture” perspective.

In this position you will be responsible, among others, to conceptualize, coordinate and animate resident and open-public events and activities.

You will be working in a one-person team, responsible for communication and resident-relations, budget and supplier management.

You will be expected to create the event calendar and follow it with passion.

BRiX est un nouvel immeuble d'appartements locatifs unique en son genre, situé au centre-ville de Montréal, qui se caractérise par un esprit de club, une équipe et un environnement de travail exceptionnels.

Avec près de 300 appartements et un accent très fort sur la satisfaction de la clientèle, le poste de réceptionniste joue un rôle important dans les opérations de l'immeuble.

Au sein d'une équipe formidable, vous devez avoir une attitude positive, énergique et dynamique. On attend de vous que vous résolviez les problèmes et que vous ayez une vue d'ensemble.

Dans ce poste, vous serez responsable, entre autres, de la conceptualisation, de la coordination et de l'animation d'événements et d'activités pour les résidents et le grand public.

Vous travaillerez au sein d'une équipe d'une personne, responsable de la communication et des relations avec les résidents, de la gestion du budget et des fournisseurs.

Vous devrez créer le calendrier des événements et le suivre avec passion.

**Pour être considéré pour ce poste, vous devez**:

- Démontrer une expérience professionnelle liée au service à la clientèle, et....
- Avoir occupé un poste similaire pendant au moins un an
- Être parfaitement bilingue
- Habiter actuellement dans la région de Montréal
- Un excellent service à la clientèle
- Un excellent travail d'équipe, un esprit multitâche et un sens de l'organisation.
