**Job Duties**:
Conducts client needs analysis and evaluates effectiveness of training solutions

Provide 1:1 coaching sessions to support clients in identifying carrer goals and establishing an action plan for achieving job success

Continuously demonstrate a genuine passion for mentoring our students and improving our overall operations and impact as a company

Manage and maintain strong client relationships by focusing on timely client support, clear and effective communication, and producing high quality deliverables

Be responsible for creating detailed program plans that accurately describe the tasks, deliverables, and due dates for multiple ongoing projects

Oversees and coordinates multiple engagements across the team to ensure client deliverables are met in a timely manner

Assists Supervisor and Manager in aligning the business development strategy with product/service development

Supports business development and lead generation activities

Support project growth and marketing initiatives as assigned

**Must Haves**:
Bachelors in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education or related field

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Positive attitude plus good teamwork

Proficiency in Mandarin, English is an advantage

Experience successfully multi-tasking and working independently preferred

Pay: $33,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
