**Qualifications**:

- **Highschool Diploma Required;**:

- **Computer literate;**:

- **Payment handling experience mandatory;**:

- **Willing to work with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays;**:

- **Customer service and hotel experience, especially Five Star software experience are great assets;**:

- **Clear police check;**

**Main Duties**:
*
- **Book reservations for online, phone line, walk in guests in a prompt and courteous manner, using up selling techniques to maximize room sales;**:

- **Check guests in/out of the hotel, process customer payments according to established policies and procedures;**:

- **Respond to guest requests promptly, provide guests information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions and directions to increase satisfaction;**:

- **Resolve minor guest complaints, report major problems, complaints, disturbances to manager;**:

- **Handle cash drawer money, post all charges, complete cash report and end of shift report;**:

- **Be responsible for evacuation, in cases of emergency, acting as first point of contact for guests and the emergency services; be accountable for guests’ safety and comfort;**:

- **Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress;**:

- **Complete security checks at hourly intervals throughout the night;**:

- **Maintain front desk and lobby area tidy and clean, carry out minor maintenance work and other tasks;**:

- **Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management;**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.50-$16.50 per hour
