**As a Sales Associate, You Will**:

- Build meaningful connections with customers to provide exceptional service.
- Meet and exceed sales goals in a team-oriented environment.
- Participate in receiving stock, merchandising, and keeping the sales floor fresh and inviting.
- Engage in brainstorming, modeling, or contributing to our social media efforts.
- Tackle daily tasks from our detailed checklists, ensuring the shop runs smoothly.
- Be adaptable and ready to pivot as priorities shift throughout the day.

**We’re Looking for Someone Who**:

- Loves working with people and creating personalized shopping experiences.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment—even during quieter months.
- Has the ability to multitask and pivot seamlessly between tasks.
- Is outgoing, empathetic, and a great team player.
- Demonstrates previous sales experience or hospitality with a focus on sales objectives.

**Ready to Apply?**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.55-$24.46 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week

**Benefits**:

- French not required

Shift:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Work days:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Serving It Right (preferred)

Work Location: In person
