We’re looking for a motivated and customer-driven Salesforce Technical Lead who is ready to take their career to the next level. You will split your time between sales support, delivery, and practice development

During the sales process, you will support the opportunity teams by scoping and estimating the development and integration portions of the project. In the project delivery phase, you will drive the overall technical solution and lead the development design and delivery for our most complex customers. In your role leading technology direction, you will be responsible for managing the onshore and offshore development delivery capabilities, identifying and driving internal technical asset development, and contributing to our core technology go-to-market messaging.

**Responsibilities**
- Full project lifecycle consulting leadership
- Authoring reports and customer communications
- Support of the sales cycle including solutioning, scoping, and estimation
- Creation of new services and building of company intellectual property, including reusable assets
and whitepapers

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of consulting experience

Builder, Integration and Architecture Designer, and Development Lifecycle and Deployment
Specialist
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Great customer skills, professionalism and entrepreneurial attitude
- Strong technical aptitude and computer skills
- Experience leading teams, including hybrid on/off-shore delivery
- Ability to travel up to 20%
