Calgary, Canada RAPID RESPONSE RESTORATION Full time

We are seeking a Project Manager who is looking to further their career in the fast paced and exciting world of the Disaster Restoration Industry. The Project Manager reports to the President/Owner. This position is responsible for the daily activities on job sites to ensure projects are completed in a timely, efficient and cost effective manner.

Main Activities
- Responding to on call emergencies
- Assessing emergencies and creating a plan of action to mediate the situation
- Directing and supervising staff
- Estimating for emergencies and repairs
- Communicating with Clients and Trades
- Attending job sites for scopes and quality control
- Promoting and participating in health and safety program and activities
- Promoting and participating in company policies and procedures
- Attending meetings

Knowledge
- High School diploma or GED
- Fluent in English
- Intermediate knowledge of Word
- Intermediate knowledge of Outlook
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel
- Industry experience
- Xactimate (asset)
