**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
- Support Supply Chain Manager in planning and maintaining of warehouse operation policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate order fulfillment processes.
- Implement and maintain warehouse management systems to optimize efficiency.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure high performance standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth warehouse distribution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse environment.
- Develop plans to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in packaging and order processing.
- Other tasks assigned by Supply Chain Manager.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management.
- Proven 3 +years' experience in warehouse management or a similar role,including at least 1 year in team management or a warehouse supervisor role.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems such as Netsuite is preferred.
- Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes and warehouse distribution practices.
- Ability to build and fabricate solutions that enhance workflow efficiency.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy.

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
