**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Assisting store manager with cycle counts.
- Receiving orders and ensuring their accuracy, including notes on any discrepancies or
- damaged goods.
- Inventory replenishment.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the branch and warehouse.
- Load and cross check products onto delivery vehicle, and place in route order.
- Order drop-off and pick-up branch-to-branch, or from customers.
- File all customer orders once signed and received.
- Encourage sales by promoting associated items or introducing new products.
- Help to maintain the appearance of the store front
- Receive orders and cross-reference with packing slips
- Keep stock levels under control, and ensure stock rotation
- Customer quotes and inquiries
- Creates solutions when faced with customer issues or concerns
- Ensures a smooth sales process
- Aids with order preparation
- Ongoing participation in webinars and vendor training to enhance understanding of product knowledge.

**Qualifications**
- Organized and able to multi-task.
- Self-motivated to cross train one-self and become familiar with overall branch and company
- functions and systems.
- Readiness to offer help when needed.
- Willingness to grow with the organization.
- Ability to lift and move heavy material.
