Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, the duties and responsibilities of the Warehouse Operations Coordinator include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Identify trends requiring adjustments to EOQ, ensuring adjustments to stocking levels where necessary;
- Post adjustments to inventory for missing/broken stock items as well as those used by Service Technicians, ensuring inventory records are up to date/accurate and can be relied upon by sales staff in real-time;
- Post intercompany transfer of incoming containers
- Assist with scheduling and dispatching responsibilities such as record keeping and scheduling
- Communicate details of discrepancies, concerns, or complaints to Ontario and BC Operations Supervisor regularly.
- Work closely with other terminals to ensure that all deliveries or pick-ups are rescheduled correctly.
- Constant open communication with all staff to ensure that operations continue to run smoothly and efficiently.
- Assist with dispatching responsibilities such as arranging daily movements by assigning drivers to loads and equipment, and completing manifests.
- Assist drivers in person, over the phone or satellite with problems, inquiries, and any delivery discrepancies.
- Assist with the movement of freight on the dock as required. Complete required paperwork for loads and unloads of freight.
- Responsible for inventory control (manual and computer).
- All other duties as required.

Minimum Requirements
- One to two years of experience working in inventory management;
- Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and experience in inventory control;
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, customer-centric and proactive problem-solver.
- Database management skills;
- Ability to analyze and problem-solve;
Working Conditions
- Work Monday-Friday 9:00-17:30
- Able to work on a computer for long periods of time;
- Able to concentrate for extended periods and maintain attention to detail and accuracy;
- Able to stay focused and productive in a busy, open area office;
- Able to manage multiple work orders and deadlines.
**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
