We are seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and timely delivery of all food items, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook all food items to order, following established recipes and procedures
- Ensure that all food items are cooked to the correct temperature and are visually appealing
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times, following all health and safety regulations
- Work collaboratively with the front-of-house staff to ensure a smooth and seamless dining experience for all customers
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times

**Requirements**:

- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other staff members
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
