**SUPPLY CHAIN AND LOGISTICS SUPPORT AGENT**
- Assist with various aspects supply chain management.
- Handle administrative invoicing and accounting functions.
- File, enter, and organize business critical data (digital and physical).
- Interact with suppliers and manage purchase orders.
- Assist with inventory management and shipping and receiving logistics.
- Various Ad-hoc tasks depending on business needs.
- Find creative solutions and contribute to the development of workflows and processes in a fast-growing company.

**DESIRABLE ATTRIBUTIONS**
- Desire to learn and contribute ideas and solutions in a growing company.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high output, environment
- Intermediate Excel skills:

- Sort, organize, filter, and manipulate data.
- Understand and write of basic formulas.
- Experience working with QuickBooks and / or SOS Inventory is an advantage.
- Creative problem solver, ability to find prepose solutions in diverse situations.
- Comfortable leaning and assisting with any business need as they arise.
- Proficient in written and spoken French.

Attention to detail and multi-tasking in an entrepreneurial environment is crucial.

Good communication skills and a pleasant attitude are expected.

Full Time Position. Starting salary range: $45,000 to $55,000 / year
Position is on site in St. Hubert QC.
