Director of Supply Chain

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

- Lead Procurement & Inventory Strategy – Drive purchasing and inventory optimization to ensure cost efficiency and operational continuity.

- Vendor & Partnership Management – Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to secure quality, reliability, and competitive advantage.

- Warehouse Oversight & Compliance – Direct warehouse operations, including maintenance, safety compliance, and vendor contracts.

- Cross-Functional Leadership – Collaborate with senior leaders to align supply chain and warehousing strategies with corporate objectives.

- Financial & Performance Governance – Manage budgets, analyze KPIs, and implement cost-control measures to achieve financial and operational targets.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

- Education – Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (MBA degree would be an asset).

- Experience – 7–10 years in senior leadership; experience managing supply chain is an asset.

- Certifications – CSCP, FMP, or CFM certifications preferred.

- Skills – Strategic leadership, negotiation, data analysis, and proficiency with supply chain systems.
