**JOB SUMMARY**:
The Support Agent is accountable for providing clerical and administrative support services to a Brokerage Delivery Centre in a 24/7 client service work environment.

**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Perform routine clerical duties such as data entry of multi-line/CCI entries, photocopying, faxing, filing.
- Request, receive or retrieve files or documentation from internal or external sources.
- Ensure stationery and office supplies levels are maintained.
- Prepare basic reports as required by Client Service Teams and Release Teams/Pools.
- Data entry processing of multi-line entries.
- Correct entry rejections, accounting entry reject corrections, credit/rebills and manual invoicing.
- Prepare basic forms on behalf of team or branch personnel.
- Identify opportunities for process and customer service improvements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
- Adhere to established policies and procedures.

- Ability to meet deadlines
- High level of technical data entry skills

**WORK EXPERIENCE - MINIMUM REQUIRED**:

- 6 months experience; preferably working in a service environment**EDUCATION**:
