**About Electric Avenue**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Content Creation: Assist in the creation of customer-facing literature including user guides, brochures, blog posts, and spec sheets. Participate in photo and video creation, manage outsourced projects via platforms like Fiverr and Upwork, oversee product photos and renderings, and ensure brand guidelines are updated and followed. Write and distribute newsletters. Design and produce physical marketing materials such as trade show booths, posters, and customer counter displays.
- Event Planning: Research and schedule events such as trade shows and conferences, and source necessary materials for events.
- Overall Strategy: Contribute to organic and paid lead generation strategies, conduct market research and analysis, set and report on KPIs, and manage the marketing budget. Develop and refine the company’s social strategy.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, event planning, and marketing strategy.
- Excellent design skills for creating marketing materials and familiarity with design software.
- Excellent writing and communication skills for creating engaging content and newsletters.
- Strong analytical skills for market research, setting KPIs, and budget management.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a small team.
- Flexibility to wear multiple hats and contribute to various roles within the company.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Ability to create and edit photos and videos.
- Experience managing outsourced projects and working with freelancers.
- 2-3 years experience in a digital marketing role
