ARK is seeking a Donor Engagement Administrator to join our team.

This is an opportunity for you to make a tangible impact on the lives of children with mobility issues and their families Help us Reshape Their World

We are looking for a motivated and organized **(Volunteer) Donor Engagement Administrator**to develop a donor engagement strategy and help implement it. Serving as part of the Fund Development Team, you will help to grow and properly acknowledge our donor base and bolster awareness about ARK.

Time Commitment: Approximately 2 - 4 hours per week.

**Responsibilities**:

- Help establish a detailed working plan to implement a donor engagement strategy, overseeing the planning process from start to finish.
- Actively identify and cultivate new and existing relationships with supporters and key prospects as well as focus on re-engaging former donors.
- Implement and manage database tracking of donors.
- Work with the Fund Development Team to follow-up with donors to thank and inform them about ARK’s progress.

**Requirements**:

- English as a primary language.
- Previous donor management/fund development experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of database systems.
- Resident of Calgary or surrounding areas.

**Qualities & Skills**:

- A passionate motivator who truly understands the meaning of relationship building in order to accomplish ARK’s objectives.
- Strong proposal writing & word processing ability.
- Strong communication and marketing skills
- Working knowledge of current and evolving trends in online and offline fundraising.
- Strong computer skills including Word, Excel and Google Docs.

Accessibility Renovations for Kids (ARK) aims to ease the daily life of children with mobility challenges making their houses feel like their home. ARK envisions a community where no child has to struggle unduly with accessibility in their own home.
