**As a Membership Coordinator, a typical day might include the following**:

- Consistently reviewing daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- As an individual and as a team, creatively game planning ways to achieve sales goals
- Conducting presentations and tours of the state-of-the-art facility, presenting and offering opportunities for up-sells and add-ons
- Educating new and current members on membership benefits to maximize service usage
- Updating and maintaining accurate sales records in customer relations management software

**To land this role you need to have;**
- Post-secondary education ideally relating to the health and fitness industry
- Ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset
- Additional certifications or workshops relating to sales, marketing and administration are preferred
- At least 1+ years of experience in a sales role
- Sales experience in the health and fitness industry preferred
- All team members must have current CPR/First Aid certification prior to start date and must be maintained throughout employment
- A recent Criminal Background Check prior to commencement of training and/or work.
