Base Pay Range CA$115,000.00/yr - CA$130,000.00/yr Position Our client is a well‑established construction and project‑based organization in the Niagara Region seeking an Estimating Manager to lead and scale their estimating function. This is a confidential search being conducted on behalf of the employer. This Estimating Manager role will appeal to a hands‑on estimating leader who enjoys balancing technical accuracy with team leadership and process improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the estimating team across multiple bid opportunities Prepare, review, and finalize detailed cost estimates and tenders Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements Develop and maintain estimating standards, tools, and processes Collaborate closely with project management, operations, and leadership Assess risk, margins, and pricing strategies to support profitable growth Support bid strategy, value engineering, and post‑bid reviews Qualifications 5+ years of progressive experience in oil, gas, construction estimating Previous experience in a senior or lead estimating role Strong knowledge of take‑offs, costing, and tender preparation Proven ability to manage deadlines and multiple bids concurrently Strong communication and leadership skills Proficiency with estimating software and MS Excel Post‑secondary education in construction, engineering, or a related field is an asset Why Consider This Opportunity Leadership role with influence over estimating strategy and outcomes Stable organization with a strong project pipeline Opportunity to build and mentor a high‑performing team Long‑term growth and career progression potential If you are qualified, please apply within, and we look forward to speaking with you.
