**The Company**
- We fabricate and assemble products designed to light and enclose buildings.
- Our focus is on engineered systems for large commercial buildings.

**Estimating Requirements**
- At least three years’ experience estimating.
- Can read and interpret project specifications and architectural drawings.
- Diligent, disciplined, well-organized, and attentive to detail.
- Competent with AutoCAD, Excel and Word.

**Sales Requirements**
- Applicable inside sales or customer service experience.
- Diligent, organized, assertive, and a good listener.
- Personable, with strong communication skills.
- Good command of standard spoken and written English.

**Essential Duties**
- Endeavours to maximize the RFQ stream of a portfolio of assigned customers.
- Thoroughly reviews received drawings and specifications for each project.
- Reviews each project with the customer to confirm key details and expectations.
- Schedules and organizes work to meet the agreed-on proposal due date.
- Prices each project using approved estimating tools.
- Prepares a draft proposal and submits it for review along with the pricing.
- Follows up to ensure customer satisfaction with the proposal.
- Maintains contact to ensure that a best-and-final price is presented.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

**Miscellaneous**
- This position reports to the Senior Estimator.
- Bonus based on experience and results.
- Sales duties do not require regular travel.
- Valid passport required for rare day trips requested by stakeholders

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
