**Mission**

We are looking for a Business Partner, Training and Organizational Development, with a passion for learning and talent development, to join CIMA+’s Training and Organizational Development team.

The Business Partner is responsible for facilitating leadership training programs, developing talent management programs with a stimulating and innovative approach, supporting Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP) in program implementation, and improving our processes and programs to create a positive, enriching and lasting employee experience.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Facilitate leadership development programs, group activities and discussions to develop management and leadership skills, and create a pool of future talent for succession planning.
- Promote an inclusive and participatory learning environment in which participants are actively engaged.
- Contribute to the planning and coordination of program activities and provide support to participants.
- Develop and adapt skills development program content according to needs, identified gaps and retention issues.
- Contribute to the design, implementation and coordination of strategies and initiatives aligned with corporate objectives in terms of culture, talent management and succession planning, employee experience and engagement, performance and career paths, in collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Participate in talent assessment and succession planning discussions to identify high-potential employees, identify key retention risks, develop targeted action plans where required, and develop pools of talent.
- Monitor trends and best practices in organizational development.

**Profile**
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, industrial relations, business administration or a related field; a master’s degree would be an asset.
- Minimum of seven years’ experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic role in human resources combined with experience in training facilitation and skills development program design.
- Excellent communication, listening and facilitation skills for training sessions, classroom or virtual discussions.
- Ability to popularize, provide tangible examples that facilitate learning, and tactfully question and bounce ideas around.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- In-depth knowledge of talent management practices, including retention, engagement, succession planning and performance management.
- Ability to think strategically, understand and translate business strategies into HR initiatives.
- Planning, organization and project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Mobility (occasional travel required for this role).
- Fluency in French and English is essential for this position to ensure smooth interactions with our various stakeholders, guarantee clear communication, and complete our various projects on a national scale.
