**Position Overview**

We are seeking a dynamic, innovative and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing efforts. The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, projects and initiatives.

This dynamic position requires a combination of creativity, organizational skills, and a strong understanding of marketing principles.

 **Key responsibilities**
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Collaborate with sales, brand, and product teams to align marketing efforts with company goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
- Analyze market data to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Prepare reports on marketing campaign results with key metrics and insights and provide recommendations for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO/SEM tools, and content management systems (CMS) is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Creative and innovative thinking.

A portfolio of successful marketing campaigns, projects, and strategies that demonstrate your ability to drive results.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ottawa, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 2 years (preferred)
- Social media management: 2 years (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
