Salary RangeSalary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 annuallyPurpose of RoleThe Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing initiatives with a focus on maintaining and updating the company website, coordinating events and trade shows, and providing marketing support to the agent network. This role ensures that digital content, campaigns, and marketing materials are accurate and aligned with company goals. Acting as a bridge between marketing strategy and day-to-day execution, while managing logistics and communications for events and other marketing activities.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty to a competent level. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across email, digital, and social media channels, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, meet objectives, and support broader marketing initiatives.Assist in the execution of product launches for both agents and end-users, coordinating marketing assets, communications, and promotional materials to ensure a smooth rollout.Be the key contact for updating and maintaining website content to ensure information is current, accurate, and aligned with ongoing campaigns, promotions, and product offerings.Organize and manage logistics for internal and external events, webinars, and trade shows, including coordinating registration, promotional materials, travel arrangements, and post-event follow-up to maximize participation and engagement, ensuring that our KPIs are met for each event.Provide marketing materials, guidance, and promotional support to the agent network, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to promote products effectively in their territories.Oversee the organization and upkeep of marketing collateral and digital assets, ensuring they are accurate, accessible, and aligned with brand identity.Travel approximately 5% of the time both internationally and within North America.Adhere to Condair’s Quality Assurance System and Health and Safety policies.Other duties as assigned by management.Professional Skills, Qualifications, and CompetenciesEducation and Experience: Canadian-specific work experience is not required. We welcome applications from candidates with international education and professional experience. Diploma or degree in Marketing with a minimum of three years’ experience. Proven experience in website and content management, coordinating events including trade shows and webinars, and executing marketing campaigns. Strong skills in marketing analytics with the ability to track and use KPIs to measure performance and optimize initiatives.Language Skills: Fluent in English (reading, writing, spoken), French and Spanish are assets.Ability to Reason: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Proven ability to work within a cross functional team.Computer Skills: Strong knowledge of CRM systems, CMS platforms, email marketing and design tools (MyEmma, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Canva), website and social media management (WordPress, Hootsuite), and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); experience with video editing, Google Ads, and Google Analytics is an asset.Certificates/Licenses: A valid and up to date passport, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally is required.Personal CharacteristicsTeamwork: Balances team and individual responsibilities.
