**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and respected.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to support children's learning and development.
- Monitor children's progress and provide feedback to parents regarding their child's development.
- Lead activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth through play-based learning.
- Maintain an organized classroom that is conducive to learning while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with other educators to share best practices and improve teaching strategies.
- Demonstrate leadership skills by guiding classroom assistants or volunteers as needed.

**Experience**
- ECE Level 1, 2, or 3 required
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting is essential.
- Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities effectively.
- Excellent time management abilities to balance lesson planning, teaching, and administrative tasks.
- Proficient communication skills to engage with children, parents, and staff effectively.
- Leadership qualities that inspire confidence in students and foster teamwork among staff members.
- Familiarity with educational frameworks and child development principles is a plus.

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
