**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Supervise and ensure the safety of children in the childcare setting.

- Provide caregiving support, including assistance with daily routines such as meals, naps, and personal hygiene.
- Create a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages social interaction and emotional growth.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning and play.
- Adapt activities to accommodate children with disabilities or special needs, ensuring inclusivity for all participants.

**Qualifications**
- Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of early childhood education practices is highly desirable.
- Strong caregiving skills with the ability to educate and engage children effectively.
- Patience, creativity, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive environment for children of all backgrounds, including those with disabilities.
