**What can you expect in this role?**
- Support to deploy, monitor, administrate, triage & escalate issues around monitoring use cases
- Assist in the resolution of incidents using monitoring insights
- Reporting and Governance - Daily Connect and Weekly/Monthly Status Reviews
- Actively monitor deployed agents' status, Health Rules and Alerts, Dashboard accuracy, and communicate with teams

**What do you bring to the role?**
- Extensive experience with monitoring tools like AppDynamics or Datadog
- Client Focus
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Effective Communication, Execution Excellence, Innovation, ITSM (IT Service Management)
- Managing Change, Planning, Requirements Management, Strategic Orientation, and Technology Trends
