**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and train staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Uphold corporate standards with respect to center cleanliness & operational standards.
- Organize daily tasks and schedules to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and assist with merchandising efforts.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the management team on marketing strategies to drive sales growth.
- Follow up on leads, conduct tours of the academy, schedule trial sessions, and help families register.
- Develop and train staff to deliver our STEAM curriculum, capable of teaching.
- Ensure that parents understand how their child is learning and progressing.
- Facilitate apprentices in the classroom to provide good quality education.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in supervising teams within an education Academy.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Knowledge of recruiting processes and interviewing techniques.
- Familiarity with retail sales strategies to effectively market products.
- Knowledge of STEM education(coding, engineering, robotics, digital art), be able to teach in the classroom.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
