Responsibilities include:

- Monitor, control and continuously improve inventory performance
- Review and monitor the inventory transactions in inventory management system
- Track inventory to ensure the availability of the right amount of stock to meet customer needs and also avoid overstocking items
- Communicate inventory or resources constraints to appropriate stakeholders
- Coordinate cycle counts, as required.
- Manage sales forecast for demand planning and purchase needed stock
- Receive incoming orders and verify pricing and consistency with company terms;
- Enter orders using an inventory management software and maintain accurate records of order fulfillment and tracking;
- Ensure company policies are enforced (pricing, sales orders, freight, warranties etc).
- Supervise incoming and outgoing shipments and update stock records to ensure availability of items;
- Carry out other tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written and oral English communication skills;
- Comfort in use of technology and automation;
- Familiarity with inventory management software is an asset;
- Experience with import and export brokerages;
- Experience in warehouse or manufacturing is an asset;
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Degree/diploma in business, supply chain, logistics or engineering is required
- Solid understanding of distribution processes and systems within a multi-channel (wholesale, retail & e-comm) distribution environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Experience working with inventory management systems
- Ability to balance and prioritize competing priorities and demands

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
