**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Emptying garbages/recycling/green bins.
- Cleaning bathrooms/kitchens.
- Sanitizing high touch surfaces.
- Landscaping and grass cutting in the summer.
- Shovelling snow and salting parking lots during the winter.
- Maintain building cleanliness including sweeping, mopping, operating floor cleaner and cleaning up debris inside and outside of the building.
- Exhibit strong moral principles in all of our interactions & processes.
- Promote MPC’s core values and actively contribute to a positive and rewarding team environment.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly after use.
- Follow established procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Exceptional reliability even in poor weather.
- Outstanding attendance.
- Must be willing to shovel snow and work outside during the winter.
- Ability to work in an environment with changing priorities.
- Willingness to learn and accept instruction.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as a part of a team.
- Excellent problem solving abilities and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and meet tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
