**What you’ll do**

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production and facility equipment. In this hands-on position, you’ll tackle mechanical and electrical system challenges while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

**Your typical day will include**
- Conducting inspections, adjustments, and repairs on production and facilities equipment.
- Installing, dismantling, and overhauling machinery as needed.
- Analyzing mechanical problems and troubleshooting equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
- Performing preventative maintenance and addressing issues promptly to ensure operational efficiency.
- Operating various tools, including drills, grinders, saws, and hand tools, to complete repairs and installations.
- Assembling equipment such as office furniture and racking shelves.
- Maintaining accurate records of logbooks, maintenance schedules, and inventory of maintenance components.
- Working on ladders (6 ft, 8 ft, 12 ft) and scaffolds safely.
- Supporting special projects or cross-team tasks as required.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

**What you bring to the team**
- Hands-on experience in machinery repair and maintenance within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds regularly.
- Experience with plumbing (PEX, PVC, Schedule 80 pipe).
- Strong technical skills and experience with mechanical, electrical, and air-flow systems.
- Valid lift license and certification for working at heights.
- Valid G driver’s license.
- Solid knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance schedules.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work on a team, adapt to schedule changes, and assist other teams as needed.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

**Assets that will set you apart**
- Forklift license.
- HVAC, rooftop units, and mini-split AC experience.
- Electrical experience.
- Carpentry experience.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
