Vaughan, Canada Plan Group Full time

Exciting time at Plan Group, we are looking to grow our National Service Team, with various positions open from **Project Operations, Service Administration and Field Support**. Responsibilities will vary depending on business requirements and will require flexibility, a positive attitude, and a willingness to assist. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable work experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support Account Executives, Project Managers, and field staff to develop and actively maintain customer satisfaction through frequent communication
- Provide detail documentation for client and end users to provide scope of work recommendations contract renewal
- Collect market and competitor information and communicate with management team to improve our positioning based on evolving customer needs
- Identify customer management needs and work with operations to develop appropriate solutions
- Develop and implement strategic action plans to achieve individual targets and contribute to the overall goals of the Company
- Acts as primary point of contact for the project team and manages day-to-day operational aspects of the project
- Partner with BU leaders to develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

**Qualifications**
- Experience within the service industry with a focus on end user and construction or maintenance facility experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, MS Project and Teams
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of internal and external individuals
- Able to thrive in the fast pace of a rapidly growing company working in new markets; collaborative and engaging team member with demonstrated ability to work well with others
- Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous priorities
