**Work Arrangement**: **The Role**: **Key Responsibilities**: - Maintains safety and good housekeeping practices - Maintains records to track and improve departmental performance - Active involvement in the operation of the warehouse - Assist with planning and scheduling of departmental staff - Assist with training, staff meetings, and supervising staff with guidance of the General Supervisor - Maintain awareness of quality standards, communicate departmental quality goals, and leverage resources to solve quality issues - Develop and revise work instructions as required - Willingness to work straight afternoon shift and/ or 2 weeks rotation **Required Qualifications**: - Pu rsuit of a Bachelor's (2nd, 3rd and 4th year students) degree in one of the following areas: Business, Operations, Engineering - Able to work fulltime, 40 hours per week in Canada, and for 12-month term (3 consecutive semesters) starting January 2026 - High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others, motivate employees, and elicit work output - Strong organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills - Demonstrates strong leadership and written/verbal communication skills - Highly adaptable with the ability to work independently and in a team environment - Fundamental digital literacy including proven understanding of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint **What will give you a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)**: - Previous supervisory, or team leading experience - Previous warehousing experience - Project management experience GM DOES NOT PROVIDE IMMIGRATION-RELATED SPONSORSHIP **_TO APPLY FOR THIS POSTION YOU MUST APPLY HERE _**_AND _**_APPLY THROUGH YOUR SCHOOL’S ONLINE SYSTEM _**_AS REQUIRED _** - NOTE- YOU MUST BE ENROLLED IN A CO-OP OR INTERNSHIP PROGRAM AND MEET THE PROGRAM’S ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS.
