**Sales Associate/Business Development - Edmonton AB.**

Quantum Lift Corp. is currently hiring a permanent full-time Sales Associate for our Edmonton AB location.

Quantum Lift is an authorized dealer for RAV, Rotary and Challenger Lifts, and Texa. We are industry leading in Automotive Lift Safety and are an associate member of the Automotive Lift Institute (ALI).

The primary responsibility of a Sales Associate combines technical knowledge with sales skills. The emphasis of the work varies depending on the level of technical knowledge needed to sell products and services and respond effectively to clients’ queries.

Sales Associate responsibilities also include reporting to Management and serving as a member of the Sales Team along with Management. This position will also interact with the individual Technicians, Vendor Representatives, and Safety Coordinator.

**Requirements**

  • Must have a minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in managing accounts sales.
  • Experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Sales.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Willingness to travel and work in a team of professionals.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills a necessity.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, and power point
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards in a diverse workplace.
  • Excels at operating in a fast pace, community environment.
  • Remain open to direction and commitment “to getting the job done”
  • Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization.
  • Ability to look at situations from several points of view.
  • Persuasive with details and facts.
  • Provide management with continuing information and decision support regarding client relationships and general business operations;
  • Build a positive relationship with all other employees and promote teamwork;
  • Such additional duties as the Company may assign from time to time.

**Compensation**

Quantum Lift offers a competitive wage and benefits package commensurate with experience. Benefits consist of Medical/Dental, Life and Disability Insurance.
