As a Medical Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our surgery office. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating patient schedules, and providing exceptional customer service to patients and their families. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming environment.
- Schedule patient appointments, surgeries, and follow-up visits, optimizing the use of available resources.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Coordinate with medical staff and other departments to facilitate efficient patient flow and optimize scheduling.
- Handle phone calls, inquiries, and requests from patients, providing accurate information and excellent customer service.
- Assist with the billing of private surgical fees
- Monitor and maintain inventory of office and medical supplies, placing orders as needed.
- Reprocessing and sterilization of medical equipment

**Salary**: $43,000.00-$47,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)
