Regina Housing provides social housing to those most in need in our community. We have an opening for a full-time permanent Tenant Services Associate.
**Responsibilities**
- Conducts annual rent reviews and all related activities including data entry and generating documents for tenants.
- Conducts rent reductions and all related activities including data entry and generating documents for tenants.
- Enters new leases and billing.
- Provides coverage for other Client Support positions as required.
**Qualifications**
- 3-5 year’s administration and/or accounting experience required.
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of stakeholders including those from diverse range of cultures, abilities, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
- Commitment to confidentiality and a respect for diversity and individual differences.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize a large workload while managing competing interests and deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise good judgment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to collaborate with others and work effectively in a team setting.
- Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, problem solve, and work efficiently under tight timelines.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.82-$28.22 per hour
Expected hours: 36.25 per week
