We are currently seeking Practicum Coordinator for our North York Campus who will inspire students to achieve their career goals.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Duties include:
- Provide assistance and guidance to students and clients on an as-needed and ongoing basis
- Coordinating with Education Department on all matters regarding student success
- Tracking student attendance and academic performance
- Communicating issues to students in academic jeopardy and working to resolve issues
- Resolving student concerns and questions whenever possible
- Coordinating and assisting in student practicum arrangements
- Updating database on student information and class schedule
**Requirements**:
- Post-secondary education in Business or Administration
- Private Career College experience considered an asset but not mandatory
- Ability to work under pressure, make decisions and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word and Outlook
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple job demands, problem solve and troubleshoot with mínimal supervision
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues and students
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
