**ABOUT THE ROLE**
**Responsibilities**:
- Act as first point of contact for student concerns
- Update all enrolment, withdrawal and cancelation data in CRM system, tracking and recording all lead sources
- Close withdrawn and cancelled student files
- Order & distribute books for all students
- Manage campus seating charts based on master schedule
- Prepare and issue student schedules
- Administer student mid-point evaluations and NACC exam
- Monitor student attendance daily
- Effectively document progress and attendance issues, creating progress plans where necessary
- Schedule and administrate CPR training
- Provide practicum support, including issuing WSIB certificates, initiating student clearance for practicum, briefing students, distributing placement packages and tracking attendance
- Support faculty training and development, including onboarding new faculty and orienting them to company policies and procedures
- Continuously provide training and development plans to faculty, performing faculty classroom observations and feedback sessions
- Initiate graduation process, checking file compliance
- Generate weekly and monthly reports, including student progress reports, attendance reports, and student population reports
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
**Required skills**:
- Ability to work under pressure, make decisions, and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple job demands, problem solve and troubleshoot with mínimal supervision
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues and students
**Experience**:
- Post-secondary education in Business or Administration preferred
- Private Career College experience is considered an asset
