_Do you want to experience the lifestyle in Whistler, BC- Canada’s premier resort town? Pan Pacific Whistler is looking for a full-time Houseperson. We are looking for dynamic and physically fit individuals for this role._

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintains professional internal/external guest service: smiles, creates eye contact, and uses employee/guest names
- Maintains the cleanliness of the guest corridors, pool deck, service areas and back of house associate areas, including washrooms and change rooms.
- Cleans the pool and pool change rooms in addition to cleaning all public areas (including washrooms)
- Cleans housekeeping storerooms, elevator foyer areas, parking & elevators
- Handles guest and Room Attendant requests (i.e. towels, supplies) and offers all possible assistance
- Assist with turn-down service when required
- Picks up and delivers supplies from receiving to the storeroom, stocks the storeroom and linen closets
- Reports maintenance deficiencies and unsafe working conditions
- Performs other related duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- Previous housekeeping experience is an asset
- Attention to detail, organizational & multitasking skills
- Ability to communicate via cellular device/radio
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to understand and communicate in written and spoken English
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds; push/pull up to 250 pounds on a regular basis

Pay: $21.63 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
