Summary**
EVO Payments Inc. is a leading privately held payments processor and acquirer for merchants, independent sales organizations, financial institutions, government organizations and multinational corporations located throughout North America and Europe
**What you'll do**:

- Ensure that merchant account programming is created accurately in both front and back end systems
- Build and maintain customer profiles to ensure that all terminal equipment is deployed/shipped as per set procedures
- Ensures that all orders are deployed within the SLA (Service Level Agreement) of 2 business days.
- Reports any unresolved issues, items not deployed within the specified SLA to their superior as well as appropriate sales office with an estimated time frame for a resolution.
- Exceptional ability to communicate with all levels of staff including senior management
- Ability to work under minimum supervision with strict respect for deadlines
Attends all training sessions and maintains accurate records of training material and system procedures
- Adheres to predetermined work schedule and maintains KPI
- Represent the company in a professional, positive and friendly manner at all times
- Strong analytical skills and ability to pro-actively solve any incoming issues.
**About You**:

- Experience in financial services or POS systems environment preferred.
- Knowledge of POS terminals an asset
