**Key points/Highlights**:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business analysis;
- Demonstrated experience in the context of at least two (2) large-scale information systems development and implementation projects;
- Good experience in modeling business processes and their transformation;
- Demonstrated experience in at least one large-scale project using an Agile approach, such as SCRUM, DevOps or SAFe;
- Demonstrated experience in implementing integrated planning solutions;
- Good experience in planning and facilitating workshops with large groups (20 stakeholders);
- Demonstrated experience in supply chain management (physical flows) and its optimization;
- Bilingual with French and English.
**Assets**:
- Knowledge of the field of construction an asset;
- Knowledge of BPMN an asset.
**Job description**:
As a Business Analyst, actively contribute to carrying out analysis, modeling, validation and harmonization of processes, creation and updating of scenarios and test cases for production and deployment of the capacity management solution on the side of the group's business domains.
The mandate is to support the units of the group's business areas impacted by the implementation of capacity management in the analysis, modeling and documentation of processes, monitoring, updating, coordination and realization of workshops for the deployment of the solution.
**Tasks**:
The services sought under the realization phase consist of, but are not limited to:
- Diagnose current practices, define and document processes
- Understand the business needs and the planned evolutions of the information systems concerned;
- Identify, formalize and prioritize business requirements related to information systems and communicate them to IT teams;
- Formalize and justify the need for change;
- Recommend orientations, consolidate ongoing initiatives and participate in the development of a roadmap; Document business rules and procedures
- Accompany the business units in the transition, the parameterization of the tools and the realization of the tests;
- Facilitate workshops bringing together managers and operational representatives;
- Collaborate with the IT project team to update the documentation for the development of the tests (QA) and the deployment of the solution;
- Define and document required data in contributing and interfacing interfaces and systems;
- Participate in the implementation of changes to be made to business processes and work procedures;
- Work closely with client BPOs; Contribute to the definition and implementation of the change strategy (communication, training, etc.)
- Identify and implement the relevant performance indicators in relation to the expected benefits.
