**Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers to identify their needs and preferences in vehicle selection.
- Provide detailed information about vehicles, including specifications, features, and pricing.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities to potential buyers.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline to track leads and follow up with prospects effectively.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle incoming inquiries and provide timely responses to customer questions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build relationships quickly.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities (especially Spanish) are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clientele.
- Proficient organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for calculating payments, financing options, and trade-in values.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals is an advantage but not mandatory.

Pay: $44,961.70-$176,164.47 per year
