Your proven track record of working knowledge of software development and DevOps implementation with focus on data engineering. **What you will do**:
- Build and maintain data pipelines to enable efficient and reliable data ingestion, transformation, and storage.
- Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure using tools such as Azure DevOps, Azure Resource Manager
- Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline deployment and infrastructure management tasks.
- Continuously review and improve existing processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends in DevOps and cloud computing and make recommendations for incorporating them into projects.
- Monitor data quality, troubleshoot data-related issues, and resolve them in a timely manner.
***What you bring to the table**:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in DevOps, cloud computing, and data pipeline development
- Strong understanding of Azure DevOps and related technologies such as Azure Resource Manager, Azure Synapse Analytics and PySpark notebooks
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies and practices
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
