We are looking for a medical receptionist/assistant to join our family practice clinic. Working knowledge with the Accuro (EMR) system is preferred. We can provide on the job training to ensure you are successful, so the most important thing is for you to be a kind, caring self-starter. This individual will be working with 5 family physicians in a family practice/walk-in clinic environment.

Administrative Duties include (but are not limited to):

- Welcoming and checking-in clinic patients
- Booking/confirming/rescheduling appointments
- Sorting and sending mail
- Answering office phone calls
- Managing and delegating tasks identified through the EMR system
- Ordering supplies and maintain inventory
- Stocking (and sanitizing) rooms
- Managing referrals

**Salary**: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- St. Catharines, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- reception: 1 year (required)
- Accuro EMR: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Fluent English (required)
