As a **Warehouse Associate**, you will play a crucial role in organizing storage areas and maintaining our inventory. Your job will be to prepare and fulfil orders fast and accurately so we can provide high-quality customer service. The main duties revolve around placing incoming orders on shelves and picking merchandise according to schedule requirements. You will monitor inventory and communicate any shortages.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure proper unloading of shipments, utilizing material handling equipment as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of incoming shipments to identify and resolve any discrepancies, damages, or quality issues.
- Organize stock in the most efficient way using forklifts, pallets, cranes etc.
- Receive and check incoming pick tickets.
- Pick hardware, laminate & trim products for production.
- Pull material to fulfil orders properly.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system, including stock levels, locations, and movements.
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventories to reconcile any discrepancies and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Monitor inventory and suggest replenishments when necessary.
- Participate in 5S and inventory reduction activities.
- Maintain the Rack & Bin system both physically and in the computer system.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful Store In A Box (SIB) execution.
- Fulfill orders by pulling materials based on pick tickets, packaging them for shipment/SIB, and preparing them for delivery.
- Support the organization and optimization of warehouse storage areas, ensuring efficient space utilization and easy access to products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, sales, and customer service, to resolve any order-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow proper handling and storage procedures for hazardous materials, adhering to safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, including regular housekeeping activities.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance productivity, accuracy, and efficiency within the shipping and warehouse operations.
- Other duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience as a Shipping and Warehouse Associate or similar role in a logistics or distribution environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling equipment.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Understanding of safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- 1-2 years of experience in using warehouse equipment (e.g. forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Strong communication skills
- Dexterity and attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (at least up to 50lbs)
- License to operate forklifts

**WORK CONDITIONS**
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Required to work in a manufacturing environment which contains loud noises.
- Hours of work - Monday to Friday from 7:00am-3:45pm.
