**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching potential leads and establishing initial contact.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- **Sales Analysis**: Analyze sales data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and provide actionable insights to the management team.
- **Campaign Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to design and execute sales campaigns that align with the company’s goals and target market.
- **Sales Orders and Quotations**: Create accurate sales orders and quotations for customers in a timely manner, ensuring all customer requirements are met.
- **Follow-Up**: Regularly follow up with customers regarding orders, quotations, and other inquiries to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- **Meeting Scheduling and Attendance**: Schedule and attend regular meetings with customers to discuss their needs, provide product updates, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential market opportunities.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
- **Event Participation**: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our products and services.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably within the manufacturing or technology sector.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
- Experience creating sales orders and quotations, and managing follow-up processes with customers.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in sales data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
