**Here’s What You’ll Get To Do**
- Maintain and operate equipment while producing parts to satisfy quality standards and production schedules.
- Regular and predictable attendance, ability to safely perform tasks, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of your job.
- Performs dimensional inspection of product as required.
- Monitors and changes cutting tools (inserts) as needed.
- Loads, unloads, and pack products relative to the daily schedule.
- Aware at all times of correct orientation of product being placed in machinery.
- Must be prepared to complete minor maintenance as required.
- Enters computer commands to retrieve stored parts data and programs.
- Pack materials in accordance with customer requirements.
- Reviews drawings to determine job specifications and requirements.
- Notify lead person or supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.
- Perform any additional duties that are assigned by the Manager/Supervisor.

**Here’s What We’re Looking For**
- Proven ability to organize work assignments to ensure efficient operations of machining environment.
- Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner to achieve intended objective.
- Generate part programs that meet production objectives for optimum cost, quality, speed, throughput, and on-time customer deliveries.
- Ability to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements and effectively use a tape measure.
- Must have basic PC skills.
- Must have the flexibility to set up and run machines in department.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Must be able to follow verbal and basic written instructions.
- Flexible work availability to work overtime as required.
- One year of previous work experience in a manufacturing or production facility.

**Physical Requirements**
- Must be able to constantly bend, squat, reach, lift and push
- Ability to push/pull/lift/carry 10-50 lbs constantly, 51-75 lbs occasionally
- Stand and walk for entire shift on concrete, up to 12 hours
- Visual acuity
- Grasp, squeeze, hold/handle thin to thick metal, small & large items, small and large boxes
- Proper wear of all required Personal Protective Equipment
- Ability to work in varied temperatures consistent with same climate conditions of the region (Heat, humidity, etc.)
