We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Back Office Sales Administrator with experience in bookkeeping and SAP software. This position plays a crucial role in supporting sales operations, managing documentation, assisting with financial record-keeping, and enhancing administrative efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process sales orders, generate invoices, and track shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
- Manage and maintain accurate sales documentation and client records.
- Perform bookkeeping tasks, including maintaining financial records, reconciling invoices, and assisting with basic financial reports.
- Utilize SAP to enter, retrieve, and manage sales and financial data efficiently.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparation of sales reports and market analysis.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth operational workflows.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in back-office sales administration or a similar role.
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping and financial record-keeping practices.
- Proficiency in SAP software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented and highly reliable.
