**Overview**: As the Warehouse Operations Lead, you will oversee the daily operations of our warehouse, focusing on the shipping and receiving of furniture. You will coordinate the activities of the warehouse team, handle inventory management, and ensure smooth and efficient warehouse processes

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Shipping & Receiving**: Oversee and manage the shipment and receipt of furniture, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing to Customers.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and control inventory levels, perform regular stock checks, and update inventory records as needed.
- **Team Coordination**: Lead and support warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
- **Order Fulfillment**: Pick and prepare furniture orders for shipping, ensuring accuracy.
- **System Utilization**: Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory, process orders, and manage shipments.
- **Safety & Compliance**: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience of 1-2 years in warehouse operations or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
