**Key Responsibilities**
- **Reporting**:Prepare recruitment reports and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- **Promote Company Culture**:Act as a brand ambassador for Fitness World showcasing the company’s values, culture, and benefits to prospective employees.

**Education & Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a recruiter for 1 - 3 years. Preferably with experience in recruiting for fitness or customer service positions.
- Experience recruiting in a multi-unit environment for several positions at a time.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, employment laws, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).

- **Organized**:Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
