**What You’ll Do**:
**Build a Strong Talent Pipeline**
- Conduct in-person or video interviews and complete thorough reference checks.

**Manage the Recruitment Process**
- Work closely with Account Executives to understand job requirements and prioritize recruitment efforts.

**Support & Engage Consultants**
- Assist with onboarding, timesheet management, and consultant check-ins.
- Facilitate contract renewals and address consultant concerns in collaboration with Account Executives.

**Ensure Compliance & Drive Performance**
- Follow company policies, procedures, and best practices in all recruitment activities.
- Track and report recruitment activities, ensuring data integrity within MatchGuide.
- Meet and exceed key performance metrics aligned with company goals.

**Qualifications**
- Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma with minimum of 1-year external recruiting or customer facing service experience
- OR High School Diploma or equivalent plus 2 years recruiting or customer facing experience
- Fluent communication (verbal, written, comprehension) in English and French
- Experience with agency recruitment a strong asset
- Proven experience in a fast paced, metrics driven, working environment preferred
- Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships
- Able to learn new complex ideas in a short time frame
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, prioritizing key activities
- Has determination, grit and a proven ability to go the extra mile
- Is confidential, professional, honest and works well both in teams and individually
- Team oriented and collaborative
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Ability to connect with others through phone, video, social media and in-person meetings
