**SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Perform routine building maintenance, property inspections, repairs and service;
- Conduct daily janitorial services and duties;
- Perform minor electrical maintenance, plumbing maintenance, painting, carpentry and masonry work;
- Perform lawn maintenance, snow removal and remediation as required;
- Assist in correcting findings from in-house and contractor inspections;
- Sign in/out and escort contractors as per Skyservice Security policies;
- Assist with issuance, return and maintenance of security key cards;
- Review, monitor and audit Fire extinguishers, eye wash stations, waste tanks and other areas as assigned of daily, weekly, monthly quarterly and annual inspections;
- Ongoing management of the relationship and communication between departments, tenants and landlords;
- Inspects buildings and other structures to determine functional systems and detect malfunctions, security concerns, fire prevention, H&S concerns, troubleshoot and needed repairs, making notes and recommendations using a pre‐established check sheet;
- Maintain an organized system for all documentation, parts, tools and safety equipment;
- Other duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- High School Diploma or equivalency is required. Post-secondary education considered an asset;
- Minimum 2 to 4 years’ facility maintenance and record keeping experience preferred;
- Must have a valid driver’s license;
- Local airport authority Restricted Area Identification Card an asset;
- Experience with a variety of hand tools and electric tools is required;
- Light and medium equipment operator experience preferred;
- Must be safety and customer service oriented;
- Ability to evaluate objectively, fairly, and consistently;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision;
- Must be able to work flexible hours and be on call as required.
