**OEM Segment Manager -Mining**

With an exciting and ambitious growth strategy in place we are looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our North American Sales Team, with travel in the region. This challenging role will maintain and enhance the business partnership with the major mining OEM customers by providing sustainable wear management solutions.

Reporting to the Director of Mining, you will be primarily responsible for the growth of wear products and services offered by Castolin Eutectic in assigned territory.

**Position Overview**

A CSM works with the key mining OEMs to ensure they're receiving the success tools and support needed to achieve their goals. In this role, you will be required to have an in-depth understanding of the customer's needs and are responsible for communicating common customer behaviors to the sales, marketing, and product teams.

**What you'll do**:

- Developing and managing a portfolio of 10 - 15 clients.
- Contributing to the company's Pioneering Industrial Sustainability mission by owning, directing, and growing a portfolio of OEM clients in the mining industry
- Helping increase the OEM's lifetime value through cross-selling and upselling
- Advising OEMs on new technologies, sustainable solutions, and supply chain decisions.
- Preserving current client business and looking for opportunities to grow based on OEM needs
- Suggesting new products or solutions to the client to improve their operations.
- Owning all aspects of the client relationship, serving as the primary point of contact
- Working closely with the regional sales reps and segment managers to enable their success with the mining clients
- Developing cross-functional partnerships with executive leadership to ensure adoption and successful customer outcomes
- Creating and monitoring sales objectives in collaboration with the mining team

**What you need**:

- Strong experience consulting customers in a people-focused solution that required coaching, feedback, and strategic partnerships with customers.
- Ability to operate, maintain, and drive a customer relationship in a retention-carrying role.
- Have a proven track record in client success roles with 3 years of experience in mining
- Strong understanding of preventative maintenance and plant reliability,
- Adequate technical knowledge of fixed plant operations
- Must be able to be prescriptive, consultative, and credible.
- Travel—Up to 50% may be required for this position
